- A mention in any article, ever.
- A link from any article, ever.
- Influence over any claim status, or advance notice of one.
- Sight of any material before publication.
- Removal or amendment of accurate material.
- A badge, seal, mark, tier or endorsement of any kind.
- Exclusivity in a category, or the exclusion of a competitor.
- Any suggestion that the entrant's work has been assessed. It has not.
- Immunity from this publication writing about problems in the entrant's field.
Grounds for refusal
Failing to evidence the requirements. Being a brand, or a business acting for one in this category. Asking for the criteria to be varied. Requesting a featured position. Making the payment conditional on editorial treatment. Where an application is refused after payment, the fee is returned in full.
Grounds for removal
Misrepresenting a registration or accreditation. Using the entry to imply an endorsement or an assessment. Providing facts that turn out not to be verifiable. Removal in these circumstances is without refund and the reason is recorded.
